Refund and Returns Policy

At OGMO Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or spoiled.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The package is tampered with upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened food products
- Products consumed partially or fully
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Change of mind purchases
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide order details and photographs of the product.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
