Ingredients;  wholegrain rolled barnyard millet, pumpkin seeds, raisins, spray-dried beetroot power, chia seeds, raw cane sugar, cinnamon powder

Zero transfat with no artificial colour or flavor

Storage instructions: 

store in cool and dry place.

One pack can serve 2-3 people.

Preparation instructions; Simply cut the sachet, pour content in a mason jar or any bowl with a lid, add liquid (milk, plant milk, yogurt) and refrigerate overnight. 

Serving suggestions;

• Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid or milk if you wish.
• You can always add some homemade goodness by topping them with more seasonal fruits, nuts, dried fruits and fresh curd before serving.
• Cold or warm; You can eat them cold or warm by microwaving them for 30-60 seconds before eating.
• You can prepare several servings of OGMO meal and refrigerate. They stay good for 5-7 days in refrigerator.
