Ingredients;  wholegrain rolled oats, raisins, pumpkin seeds, spray-dried banana powder, chia seeds, raw cane sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder

Storage instructions; store in cool and dry place.

Preparation instructions; Simply cut the sachet, pour content in a mason jar or any bowl with a lid, add liquid (milk, plant milk, yogurt) and refrigerate overnight.

Serving suggestions

1. Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid or milk if you wish.

1. You can always add some homemade goodness by topping them with more seasonal fruits, nuts, dried fruits and fresh curd before serving.
2. Cold or warm; You can eat them cold or warm by microwaving them for 30-60 seconds before eating.
3. You can prepare several servings of OGMO meal and refrigerate. They stay good for 5-7 days in refrigerator.
